All orders placed with Yoursport.com are subject to product availability. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom and Ireland. For orders outside these regions, please contact us directly at dan.yoursport@gmail.com to discuss possible arrangements.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are confirmed once your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times begin from the date of dispatch (not the date of order) and may vary depending on stock availability, courier demand, and seasonal peaks.

Typical courier timescales:

  • Royal Mail: 1–3 working days
  • DHL Express: 1–2 working days (signature required)

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the chosen delivery method. To view the exact shipping cost, simply add items to your basket and proceed to checkout, all costs will be clearly displayed before final payment.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if any items are missing from your delivery, please contact us immediately at dan.yoursport@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
